3 sensi ostruire Spam ed organizzare email in Gmail

Ricerca del senso a Spam del blocco nel vostro cliente di Gmail? Personalmente, Gmail è il cliente del email in linea migliore perché può ostruire quasi tutto lo Spam che viene al mio cliente e non si preoccupa, io ottiene mólto! Ogni mese mi concludo su avere almeno 5000 email nel mio dispositivo di piegatura dello Spam di Gmail, in modo da è buono grazioso ad interferire tutta quella roba di rifiuto per il email per me.

Tuttavia, ci sono periodi in cui vi concludete sulla sign in su per un bollettino o sull'acquisto del qualche cosa di in linea e dimenticandosi ONU-controlli l'opzione la trasmissione voi degli aggiornamenti del prodotto, affari, e così via. Quelli non sono solitamente Spam nel tradizionale poiché, ma se ha trasmesso voi in maniera regolare, può essere abbastanza annoying.

La maggior parte delle aziende che fanno questa hanno l'opzione a unsubscribe, ma là sono molte che non. In quel caso, ci sono alcune incisioni di Gmail che potete usare per contribuire a scegliere il email dello Spam o il email che non vi preoccupate per avere nel vostro Inbox!

1. L'incisione del puntino

Se già non sapeste, Gmail realmente non guarda i puntini nel vostro nome di cliente quando procede il email. Così per esempio, potrei scrivere un email address As the.dark.dragon@gmail.com anziché il normale thedarkdragon@gmail.com. Accurato grazioso eh?

Potete aggiungere altretanti puntini poichè gradite e non importerà, voi tranquillo otterrete il email. Così che cosa è il punto di questo se il email ancora sta venendo al vostro Inbox? Filtri! Potete dare fuori un email address con i puntini in esso ed allora installare più tardi un filtro per averlo archiviati o cancellati automaticamente, se si conclude su essere molto spammy.

Se fate parte di molti gruppi del email, ecc, potete usare questo per filtrare automaticamente fuori quei email dal vostro Inbox, in modo da non è stipato di in su. È sempre più sicuro dare fuori un email address che è un po'differente che vostro normale nel caso gli spammers ottengono la stretta di esso più successivamente e l'inizio che li trasmette crap i carichi del email.

2. L'incisione più

Questa incisione di Gmail è stata a lungo intorno e la maggior parte della gente già sa a questo proposito. Tuttavia, non penso che molta gente lo usi! Disponga semplicemente “+„ dopo che il vostro nome di cliente ed aggiunga le parole per identificare unicamente quel email address, in modo da potete generare ancora i filtri, ecc.

Per esempio, posso cambiare il mio email address a thedarkdragon+Amazon@gmail.com nel firmare in su ad Amazon.com. Ora posso generare un filtro ed averlo identificato automaticamente ogni volta che compro qualcosa da là. Amazon is safe, but if you’re signing up for a free game download or free music download, etc, you might want to do something like this in case they give your email out to third parties.

The plus hack is useful, but it sometimes might not be allowed since it’s not a normal symbol in an email. In that case, use the Dot hack or the Googlemail hack I’m about to mention.

3. The Googlemail Hack

Finally, you can change the last part of your email account to googlemail.com instead of the normal gmail.com! It’s another nifty way to no give out your main email address and can seriously help clear your Inbox of spam or junk email.

So thedarkdragon@googlemail.com is exactly the same as gmail.com. So if you want to keep your account name consistent, without all of the dots or pluses, then you can just use googlemail.com instead.

Interesting tips, will have to try them out.

I must say though that Gmail’s Spam filters works wonders. I rarely have to label something as Spam as it usually picks them automatically.

Yeah same here, most of my spam is blocked…the only spam that gets through is when I sign up for something and then they start bombarding you with email newsletters, etc. It’s not really spam in the traditional sense, so I just use these hacks for that sort of stuff.
