Alternate Method - Using Google Desktop to track and monitor the activity on your computer الطريقة البديله -- باستخدام صور سطح المكتب لتتبع ورصد نشاط على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك

I just read my post about trying to انا فقط أقرأ عن منصبي تحاول monitor what activity is occurring on your computer رصد نشاط ما يحدث على جهازك and realized that its way too complicated to get working and even if you get it working, it’ll probably be far too tedious to go scrolling through a bunch of security events!!! وأدرك أنه في طريقة معقدة جدا للحصول على عمل ، وحتى لو كنت أحصل عليه العمل ، وهي على الارجح سوف تكون ممله جدا الذهاب الى التمرير من خلال مجموعة من الاحداث الامنية! So here’sa much easier, more user friendly and an even better way to track and monitor your computer’s activity . فيما يلى ذلك اسهل بكثير ، وأكثر سهل الاستعمال وحتى افضل طريقة لتتبع ورصد نشاط جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك.

And it’s always nice when it’s free! وتجري دائما نيس عندما انه مجاني! Our program that will help us in this is Google Desktop. برنامجنا التي ستساعدنا في ذلك صور سطح المكتب. You’ve probably already heard of this program because it helps you search your computer super fast. لقد قمت بالفعل ربما سمع من هذا البرنامج لانه يساعدك بحث جهازك فائق السرعه. Actually some people have said it’s too good and brings up too many results! الواقع ان بعض الناس قد قال انها جيدة جدا ويعرض عدد كبير جدا من النتائج! And it lets you search for anything, including emails, photos, videos, files, web history, etc! وانه يتيح لك البحث عن أي شيء ، بما فيها رسائل البريد الإلكتروني ، الصور ، واشرطه الفيديو ، والملفات ، وسجل الويب ، الخ! So this search capability inherently has to keep track of EVERYTHING in order to provide this great results, which means it can also be used to just monitor activity in a timeline format. حتى هذه القدرة على البحث أصلا قد تتبع كل شيء من اجل توفير هذه النتائج الكبيرة ، مما يعني انها يمكن ان تستخدم ايضا لمجرد رصد النشاط في شكل جدول زمني.

The really great thing about Google Desktop is that it has a Timeline option which you can browse through by date and see ALL the things that happened that day - which files were accessed, all the web browsing history (with graphics and text of the web pages), and any emails sent or received in Outlook or GMail! حقا شيء عظيم عن صور سطح المكتب هو ان لديها جدول زمنى الخيار الذي يمكنك من خلال تصفح حسب التاريخ ورؤية كل الاشياء التي حدث في ذلك اليوم -- الملفات التي تم الحصول عليها ، كل التصفح التاريخ (مع النص والرسومات من صفحات الويب ) ، وارسال رسائل البريد الالكتروني او اي وردت في اوتلوك او بريد جوجل! And all you have to do is install the application and click a few buttons and you’re done!!! وكل ما عليك فعله هو تثبيت تطبيق وانقر بضعة ازرار ولقد انتهيت!

First download the application from here: اول تطبيق تنزيل من هنا :

Click Agree and Download and follow the instructions (they’re pretty easy). اضغط نتفق والتحميل واتبع التعليمات (يذهبون جميلة سهلة). You may have to restart your computer. قد تضطر الى اعادة تشغيل الكمبيوتر. You should now see a small twirly icon of yellow, red, blue and green in your taskbar. يجب عليك الآن انظر صغير twirly ايقونه صفراء ، حمراء ، وزرقاء وخضراء في شريط المهام الخاصة بك.

Double click on the icon and it’ll load up the search webpage (if this is the first time you are starting Google Desktop, it may ask you about some advanced features and whether or not you want to enable it or not). اضغط مرتين على ايقونه وأنها سوف تصل البحث تحميل صفحة ويب (اذا هذه هي المرة الاولى التي انت ابتداء صور سطح المكتب ، وانها قد تطلب منك عن بعض الميزات المتقدمه وام لا تريد لتمكينه او لا). Now it’ll take some time for the application to index all the files and emails on your computer, so wait a little while and keep checking the Index Status by clicking on the link. وهي الآن وسوف يستغرق الامر بعض الوقت لتطبيق الرقم القياسي لجميع الملفات ورسائل البريد الالكترونى على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك ، حتى الانتظار قليلا وبينما يبقى التحقق من الرقم القياسي مركز بالنقر على الوصله.

Once the indexing is done, go ahead and browse a few web pages, send out some emails and open a couple of Word files or a couple of photos. حالما تتم فهرسة اتفضل واستعرض بضع صفحات الويب ، وارسال بعض رسائل البريد الالكتروني وفتح ملفات زوجين من كلمة او اثنين من الصور. Then wait a couple of minutes and double click on the Google Desktop icon in the taskbar again. ثم الانتظار بضع دقائق واضغط مرتين على ايقونه سطح المكتب صور في شريط المهام مرة اخرى. This time go to Browse Timeline and you should see all the things you just did sitting right there in front of you!!! وهذه المرة اذهب الى التصفح الزمني ، ويجب ان تتمكن من رؤية كل الاشياء انت فقط لم يجلس هناك امامكم! And if you want you can choose to filter the data to just see emails or web history, etc!!! واذا اردت يمكنك اختيار مرشح البيانات فقط أنظر الى رسائل البريد الإلكتروني أو الأنترنت التاريخ ، إلخ!

On the right hand side you’ll see a calendar from which you can pick a particular date and see the data just for that date. على يمين سترى التقويم ومنها يمكنك اختيار تاريخ معين وانظر البيانات عادل لذلك التاريخ. So using Google Desktop you can monitor web browsing history even if someone goes in and clears out the history in Internet Explorer because Google Desktop caches all of the data independently of IE! ذلك باستخدام صور سطح المكتب يمكنك مراقبة التصفح التاريخ حتى لو كان شخص ما في واد ويمسح بها في تاريخ انترنت اكسبلورر لان صور سطح المكتب مخابئ للجميع بصرف النظر عن اي بيانات!

So hopefully your kids or whoever you are trying to spy on don’t read this article too or else they can simply right click on the icon and tell Google Desktop to shut itself off! المتأمل الخاص بك اطفال او لمن أنت تحاول التجسس على لا أقرأ هذه المادة ايضا اخر او يمكنهم ببساطة انقر بزر الفأرة الايمن على ايقونه واخبر صور لسطح المكتب اغلق نفسها قبالة! So if you’re really trying to be sneaky, then you’re in need of some commercial software that can hide itself completely…but hopefully this is enough for most people! حتى اذا كنت حقا تحاول ان تكون sneaky ، ثم انك في حاجة الى بعض البرمجيات التجارية التي يمكن ان تخفي نفسها تماما… ولكن هذا هو المأمول بما فيه الكفايه بالنسبة لمعظم الناس!
