Wigix – An eBay Competitor

Finding a great deal on electronics, apparel, and jewelry through eBay can sometimes be a difficult process . Most of us are familiar with its entire bidding and auction system. However, bidding on your desired items can make you feel as though you’re on a roller coaster ride.

With all of the constant bickering and issues that eBay is experiencing lately, it looks like their outdated system is going downhill fast. Sellers do not need to have excellent sales skills and buyers do not have to go through long, winding bidding war with others. I decided not to purchase from eBay for now until they sort out their Paypal problems. I won an item last Friday and couldn’t pay for it. I contacted my credit card company and they said nothing’s wrong with my account and I actually tested it by ordering a low-cost item from another e-commerce site. Paypal’s CSR boilerplate response left me unsatisfied. And the funny this is that I was able to order 3 items from eBay using exactly the same credit card a few weeks ago. I hope they do get their act together soon. It’d be a pity to see an internet company that survived the e-business fiasco go down because of complacency.
