If you’ve never seen this and you’re in IT, then you will really enjoy this a lot! Se você nunca viu esse e estiver em TI, então você vai realmente apreciar este muito! This is a great little comic about how people from all levels in a project perceive requirements and what ends up happening most of the time! Trata - se de uma grande banda pouco sobre a forma como as pessoas de todos os níveis, em um projeto percebe requisitos e que acaba por passar a maior parte do tempo! I first saw this a couple of months back and thought it was so APT to our own IT department because at every step along the way from talking to the customer about what they want all the way to what they eventually get, the software changes into something else completely! Eu vi isto primeiro de alguns meses atrás e achei que era tão APT para o nosso próprio departamento IT porque a cada passo ao longo do caminho de conversar com o cliente sobre o que eles querem todo o caminho para aquilo que eventualmente chegar, o software passa a ser algo Outra completamente!

I have definitely learned that what the customer wants is usally not really what they want and it’s your job as an Analyst to figure it out on your own and then to make sure that the programmers and desingers understand what you are saying! Não tenho dúvida de que o que aprendemos é normalmente o cliente quer realmente não o que querem e que é o seu trabalho como um analista da figura - lo no seu próprio e, em seguida, para certificar - se de que os programadores e desingers compreender o que está a dizer!
