If you’ve never seen this and you’re in IT, then you will really enjoy this a lot! Se non l'avete mai visto questo e siete in Italia, allora si avrà davvero godere di questo un sacco! This is a great little comic about how people from all levels in a project perceive requirements and what ends up happening most of the time! Questo è un piccolo grande comico su come persone provenienti da tutti i livelli in un progetto di percepire i requisiti e che cosa succede finisce per la maggior parte del tempo! I first saw this a couple of months back and thought it was so APT to our own IT department because at every step along the way from talking to the customer about what they want all the way to what they eventually get, the software changes into something else completely! Ho visto per la prima volta un paio di mesi indietro e ho pensato che fosse così APT per il nostro dipartimento IT, perché ad ogni passo lungo il modo di parlare con il cliente su ciò che vogliono tutti il modo di ottenere ciò che infine, il software trasforma in qualcosa di Altro completamente!

I have definitely learned that what the customer wants is usally not really what they want and it’s your job as an Analyst to figure it out on your own and then to make sure that the programmers and desingers understand what you are saying! Ho sicuramente imparato che cosa vuole il cliente non è solitamente veramente ciò che vogliono ed è il tuo lavoro come Analista di figura è da soli e poi per assicurarsi che i programmatori e desingers capire che cosa stai dicendo! Tough stuff! Roba dura!
