The IT Project life cycle comic

If you’ve never seen this and you’re in IT, then you will really enjoy this a lot! This is a great little comic about how people from all levels in a project perceive requirements and what ends up happening most of the time! I first saw this a couple of months back and thought it was so APT to our own IT department because at every step along the way from talking to the customer about what they want all the way to what they eventually get, the software changes into something else completely!
I have definitely learned that what the customer wants is usally not really what they want and it’s your job as an Analyst to figure it out on your own and then to make sure that the programmers and desingers understand what you are saying! Tough stuff!
