Evernote - Organize Your Web Clippings Evernote -- تنظيم الويب الخاص بك قصاصات

Are you tired of collecting notes and then having to organize them ? هل انت تعب من جمع الملاحظات وبعد ذلك وبعد أن تنظم لهم؟ With all of the information available on the Internet, I find myself constantly saving bits of web knowledge everyday. مع كل من المعلومات المتاحة على شبكة الانترنت ، اجد نفسي باستمرار انقاذ اجزاء شبكة المعرفه اليوميه. Usually at the end of the day, I have a disorganized mess that needs to be quickly fixed. عادة في نهاية اليوم ، عندي مشوشه الفوضى التي تحتاج الى سرعة ثابتة.

Although the Internet is a wonderful tool, it can also rapidly cause information overload when you’re not looking. ورغم ان الانترنت اداة راءعه ، كما يمكن ان يسبب عبء المعلومات بسرعة عندما كنت لا تبحث. Thankfully, there are plenty of organizing tools that bring peace to a horrendous mess. حسن الحظ ، هناك العديد من ادوات تنظيم إن إحلال السلام في فوضى مروعه.
Recently, I signed up for a Beta invite for a wonderful application called Evernote. وفي الاونة الاخيرة ، لقد اشتركت في تجريبي (بيتا) دعوة راءعه لتطبيق دعا evernote. I watched the quick introduction about it and felt it was worth a try. شاهدت مقدمة سريعه عن ذلك وترى انه يستحق المحاوله. Previously, I had been using Google Notebook and thought that it worked pretty good for what I needed. سابقا ، كنت قد استخدمت صور مفكرة ويعتقد انه عمل جيد جدا لأنني ما يلزم. Evernote Evernote is a web clipping tool that also allows users to sync their information to multiple devices. قصاصه على شبكة الانترنت هو الاداه التي تتيح للمستخدمين ايضا مزامنه المعلومات الى وسائل متعددة. It functions as a desktop client and a web based product. ومن وظائف مكتبيه والعملاء والمنتجات القائمة على شبكة الانترنت. This dual functionality makes it unique from other web clipping applications. هذه الوظيفة المزدوجه يجعلها فريدة من التطبيقات الأخرى على الشبكه قصاصه.
Evernote will allow you to save your clippings into accessible “notebooks” that are easy to organize. Evernote تسمح لك احفظ قصاصات الوصول الى "الدفاتر" ان من السهل على التنظيم. You’ll also be able to view these bits of information in a thumbnail or list view. كما ستتمكن من معاهدات الاستثمار الثنائية لعرض هذه المعلومات في صورة مصغره او عرض القائمة. Browsing through the “notebooks” will be hassle free because most of the stored data will be conveniently recognized in a glance. التصفح من خلال "الدفاتر" ستكون حرة الازعاج لأن معظم من البيانات المخزنه ستكون مريحه المعترف بها في لمحة.
Another useful benefit of this program is its customization tools. آخر المفيد الاستفادة من هذا البرنامج هو تكييف الأدوات. You’ll be able to quickly adjust the font, text justification, and other features to make it more visually pleasing to your eyes. وسوف تتمكن من تعديل الخط بسرعة ، نص مبرر ، والسمات الاخرى لجعلها اكثر ارضاء بصريا لعينيك. Organizing notes, photos, and web clippings won’t turn into a horror story if you try Evernote. تنظيم ويلاحظ ، صور ، وعلى شبكة الويب قصاصات لن يتحول الى قصة رعب اذا كنت تحاول evernote.
One of the most useful components of this application is the “tagged” function. واحدة من اكثر عناصر مفيدة في هذا الطلب هو "الموسومه ب" وظيفة. Evernote takes web clipping to a whole new level in so many ways. Evernote يأخذ قصاصة الى شبكة جديدة كاملة في مستوى ذلك بطرق عديدة. It can also recognize text in a photo. ويمكن ايضا ان يعترف النص في صور. There are very few other web clipping applications that have this feature built into it. وهناك عدد قليل جدا من المواقع الاخرى قصاصة التطبيقات التي بنيت في هذه الميزه. In order to get access to this useful feature on the desktop client, you will need to sync your stored images to Evernote. من أجل الحصول على امكانيه الوصول الى هذه الميزه مفيدة العملاء على سطح المكتب ، سوف تحتاج الى المزامنه الخاص بك لتخزين الصور evernote. Once this has been done, the text located in your photo images will be made searchable. مرة واحدة وقد تم ذلك ، فإن النص الموجود في الصورة الخاصة بك الصور سيتم البحث فيها.
If you would like to share your “notebook” with others, then consider giving them access to a sharable URL. اذا اردت ان نشاطركم "دفتر" مع الآخرين ، ثم النظر في منحهم امكانيه الوصول الى موقع قابل للمشاركة. Just right click the “notebook” on the desktop version and choose “properties”. فقط حق انقر على "دفتر" نسخة على سطح المكتب واختر "خصائص". After doing this, change the “type” drop down menu to “public”. بعد ذلك ، تغيير "نوع" القائمة المنسدله الى "عامة". It will automatically open other options for you to customize. وسوف تلقائيا الخيارات الاخرى متاحة لك لتخصيص. Evernote is definitely a great application for clipping, organizing, and sharing web information. Evernote بالقطع الكبيرة لتطبيق قصاصة ، وتنظيم ، وتقاسم المعلومات على الشبكه العالمية. Internet users that are constantly searching for an easier way to organize and sync their web clippings should give it a try. ان مستخدمي شبكة الانترنت بشكل مستمر في البحث عن اسهل طريقة لتنظيم ومزامنه قصاصات الويب ينبغي ان محاولة اعطائها. I find myself using it regularly everyday with no regrets. انني أجد نفسي باستخدام كل يوم بانتظام مع الاسف لا.

I checked the “Questions and Answers” section and it states that there will always be a free version available. انني دققت في "اسءله واجوبه" الفرع وينص على أنه سوف يكون هناك دائما النسخه المجانيه المتاحة. In the near future, users will be able to subscribe and pay for a “premium” version that will offer more features. في المستقبل القريب ، فسيتمكن المستخدمون من الاشتراك والدفع بالنسبة ل"القيمه" نسخة من شأنها ان توفر المزيد من الميزات.
