The audio and video are unusable, and when I downloaded the newer version, it suddenly cut out features such as desktop sharing and three way video calls. Now I can't connect to my family and friends at all, so I've downloaded Logitech VID. It seems to be useful and I will be contacting all my former OOVOO friends to invite them along.
