Today it came as a surprise to type “VLC” into the search box and only find a short mention of it in a related article. Do you hate Windows Media Player? Será que você odeia o Windows Media Player? I’m not sure if I do or not, I like it for playing music, it also looks quite pretty, but when it comes to viewing movies it just sucks big time. This is not really the fault of WMP, more a fault with the way people seem to choose any old CODEC when they encode movie files. How many times have you double clicked a video file in windows and ended up with either no sound or just a blank player window? VLC is capable of so much more than simply opening and playing files, check out the picture above, you can clearly see that VLC can open the full range of data sources, from DVDs to video capture devices. VLC is a must to have software for every windows user. VLC é preciso ter um software para cada usuário do Windows.
A must have utility. Um deve ter utilidade. You can also try its cousin: GOM Player. Você também pode tentar o seu primo: GOM Player. Better interface with similar capability. Melhor interface com capacidade semelhante.

GOM Player is also good, but since I had a few codec problems with it, I switched to VLC and there is no turning back! GOM Player também é bom, mas desde que eu tinha alguns problemas com o codec-lo, me mudaram para o VLC e não há volta!
