Clicking on Set Computer Restrictions will give you the options for restrictions that are to be placed for the entire computer, regardless of the user account.     Hi Ryan, good question, it’s not silly at all.喜赖恩好的问题，这不是傻都没有。 If you have the Disk Protection feature on, this means that Windows will not allow any changes to the system files on the C drive, so you should create the new user profiles on a separate partition, such as D, E, etc.如果您有足够的磁盘保护功能，这意味着Windows将不容许有任何的变化，从而系统文件对C驱动器，所以你要创造新的用户配置文件到一个独立的分区，如： D ，英，法等。
