@Martin S: In IE, as far as I know, you can only sort the Favorites by name and it’s all or nothing. However, it is easy to do. Just open your Favorites menu, right-click on any Favorite (or folder) and select Sort by Name from the pop-up menu.

This is great for Firefox, but do you have any suggestions for sorting bookmarks in IE? I can’t use Firefox at my workplace, so I’m stuck with IE! Thanks!

Thanks for mentioning this add-on! I’ve been looking for a good way to sort my bookmarks and this is perfect. I also use Xmarks to sync my Firefox bookmarks between computers.
