The best way to send large files is to use a service like Dropbox or to setup your own FTP server. I mean files that are over 2 GB in size. Check out a service called Fileai.

I am currently developing a web site that allows you to securely share files that are too big to e-mail. There are no file or size limits, no software to download and install, and it is 100% free. It also works on all platforms, including Windows, Mac and Linux.

I generally use filemail.com. It is the best for me as at now. I also tried yousendit.com and mailbigfile.com. But presently, filemail.com is the best.

A good site .. u can even use Yousendit.com which also comes with an desktop application for uploading n also has “Resume” option useful for slow connections.
