FastStone - software libero di bloccaggio di schermo di Windows

Come qualcuno invitato frequentemente generare i manuali di addestramento e come-alle guide, sono costantemente sull'allerta per qualche cosa che renda quel lavoro più facile. Bloccaggi di schermoe la capacità pubblicarli con le annotazioni ed i punti culminanti, è chiave al lavoro. Lo ho usato Strappo-con molto successo.

Tuttavia, ho trovato un programma di utilità del freeware che coperture più dello stesso territorio per gli utenti di Windows XP e del Vista. Così, i admins del sistema e gli addestratori tecnici prendono nota: Bloccaggio v5.3 di FastStone non solo lo rende facile prendere una varietà di tipi di colpi dello schermo, inoltre include gli attrezzi pratici di annotazione e di pubblicazione. Ed il la cosa migliore di tutti, FastStone 5.3 è libero.

Le versioni successive di FastStone hanno lo shareware diventato piuttosto che freeware. Ma v5.3 caratteristica-è imballato ed ancora liberamente disponibile. Le caratteristiche includono:

Risorsa amichevole - usi un la quantità molto piccola di memoria, particolarmente una volta minimizzato alla zona del vassoio di Windows
Hotkeys globali per attivare in qualunque momento le possibilità di bloccaggio del programma, dovunque
Gli attrezzi efficienti per bloccare le finestre, gli oggetti, lo schermo pieno, rettangolo/freehand-hanno selezionato le regioni e le zone di scrolling
Opzione per specificare destinazione (redattore, clipboard, lima o stampatore interna) dove l'immagine bloccata sarà trasmessa
Linea Arrowed/del testo/annotazione filigrana/di punto culminante
Goccia-ombra, effetti del strapp-bordo
Aggiunga il titolo

Le caratteristiche la maggior parte del uso sono:

Schermi di scrolling di bloccaggio
Spari un bloccaggio di schermo a user-specified termine (necessario regolare le gocce del menu)
Pubblicando potando, disegnando, evidenziando, annotando ed evidenziando senza entrare in un redattore separato
Regoli una mascherina di nome di schedario per ogni progetto

Ci sono tonnellate di caratteristiche supplementari compreso il tracciato flessibile delle caldo-chiavi per invocare i tipi differenti di bloccaggi di schermo.

Per ottenere iniziato, trasferisca FastStone dal sistema centrale verso i satelliti v5.3 ed installilo alla vostra stazione di lavoro del Vista o di XP. Porti in su le regolazioni finestra e riveda i difetti. Desidererete comunemente cambiare i componenti evidenziati ed una volta che diventate un esperto voi potete tweak l'altretanto mentre gradite.

Genero i dispositivi di piegatura separati dell'uscita per il progetto a che lavoro. Inoltre regolo la mascherina di nome di schedario a qualcosa che cominci con il nome di progetto. Uso solitamente:

ProjectName_$H$N

This gives me files that are timestamped and also identified with the project name. Since these files inevitably are moved out of my project folder during the publication process I find it useful to put the project name in the filename not just the folder.

Once you’ve reviewed and adjusted basic settings, you can bring up the floating capture window (below) – or you can leave the app in your system tray and use the hot-keys when you need to capture. I like to keep the window floating because I have trouble remembering hot-keys. But, the app does use less memory if you leave it in the system tray. I don’t find it a hog even when running as the floating window.

The floating tool palette includes six capture presets: Active window, window or object, capture rectangle, capture freehand region, full screen,and scrolling window. The palette icon brings up a list of output options. The one I often use is output to the built-in Editor in order to crop, trim, highlight, caption or add annotations.

The built-in editor has numerous features. Cropping, resizing are simple. The drawing features take a little more practice but are well worth the effort to become familiar with them.

The toolbar includes all the basic features with the exception that the text tool is found within the Draw sub-menu. But cropping, resizing and effects such as edge blurs are found right at the top-level.

Fewer options are available than in Snag-It, but you can set font, color, size as well as arrows, highlights, and shadow effects. The main drawback is that once text or arrows are added and the new file is saved, the text or arrows can now longer be edited or even deleted. You need to start from the unedited screen cap. But that’s a quibble with a freeware app this powerful.

I have been using FastStone capture since more than 1 year now and has become a part of my blogging kit. I can’t imagine creating screenshots with any other software

het thanks for this software. before this i am using the print screen option to capture the screen and then paste the screen to paint and then use it in my blog stories.
this has solve my job very much.

Even i use Fast stone software, but i was never aware of it. I just used it to resize and apply watermarks.on images.
definitely worth trying.

This is not freeware. The license text that you read before installing says that it will work for 30 days and then you must pay the license fee.
