This nifty little program provides backup, archiving, and version tracking for files and folders. هذا البرنامج يوفر قليلا nifty الاحتياطيه ، ارشفه ، ونسخة لتتبع الملفات والمجلدات. It runs in the background and monitors the files and folders that you specify for changes (such as when you when you save and overwrite a file) so that you can revert back to older versions if you want to. وهي تدير في الخلفية ويراقب الملفات والمجلدات التي قمت بتحديدها لتغييرات (مثل عندما كنت عندما تقوم بحفظ الملف وفوق) لكي تتمكن من العودة الى الاصدارات القديمة اذا كنت تريد.

This can be really useful if you’re in an industry where you have to keep track of a lot of standard operating procedures , protocols or processes and must have documentation of all changes or modifications. هذا يمكن ان يكون مفيدا حقا إذا كنت في الصناعة حيث لديك لتتبع الكثير من اجراءات التشغيل الموحدة ، وبروتوكولات او العمليات يجب ان يكون من جميع الوثائق تغييرات او تعديلات. If you’re a small company, this is an easy and free way to maintain version control. اذا كنت شركة صغيرة ، وهذا امر سهل ومجاني طريقة للحفاظ على التحكم في الاصدار.

Once installed, tell File Hamster which files or folders you want to monitor or exclude. بمجرد تركيبها اخبر الملف جرذ الهامستر الملفات او المجلدات التي تريد رصد او استبعاد. The program will monitor them in real time and any time there is a change, File Hamster will create an automatic backup before the change is made. البرنامج سيرصد لها في الوقت الحقيقي اي وقت وثمة تغيير ، ملف جرذ الهامستر سيخلق تلقاءيه الاحتياطيه قبل اعتماد التغيير. It also has a icon in the system tray where you can leave notes or comments whenever it detects a change. كما ان له ايقونه في علبة النظام ، حيث يمكنك ترك حواشي او تعليقات كلما اكتشف تغيير. You’ll have a nice trail of on-the-fly incremental backups without having to do anything! سيكون لديك لطيفة اثر من ذبابه على الزاءده احتياطية دون الحاجة الى القيام بأي شيء! Great if you want some version control for documents or spreadsheets. عظيم اذا اردت بعض التحكم في الاصدار بالنسبة للمستندات أو جداول بيانات.

Cascade Point by JPSOFT, while not free, is a good file change/backup and archive solution. شلال jpsoft نقطة ، في حين لا يخلو ، هو جيد ملف التغيير / الاحتياطيه وارشيف الحل. Free to try. محاولة الحرة.
