I am confused between Evernote and Remember the Milk, both are pretty cool for taking notes. Which one to go with?

To Whom it May Concern:

I have a few questions that perhaps you could answer for me.

1. How secure is the information I place in my account?
2. Is all the information kept on my iPhone or at another location?
3. If I terminate my subscription with Evernote, what becomes of my information?
4. What becomes of the MB memory if not used for the month?
5. Do we start over each month with a given amount of MB memory?
6. What are the options are available should I require additional MB memory?
