Thanks for this. I use many online dictionaries and add-ons in my browser to lookup words, but now I have a slow Internet connection and need a desktop dictionary. This works really well.

WordWeb is a great offline dictionary, but there are also a host of other programs: SuperDict, Babylon, JLearnIt, etc.

Also, if you use browse the Internet a lot, it’s a good idea to install an add-on that lets you look up definitions by simply double-clicking on a word.

Thanks for the review. I am a writer and constantly look up words, definitions, etc and this dictionary for Windows will help a lot.
