Combine Multiple PDFs into One File
Posted on January 23, 2012 at 5:37 am
We have PDFs stored on our computers for just about everything, from the manual for our car to last year’s tax receipts. Especially with the tax receipts, it would be best to combine all the individual PDFs into one big PDF for archival purposes.
PDFBinder makes combining several PDFs into one file a quick and easy task.
From the PDFBinder homepage, click the Downloads link.
From the list of files, choose the latest version of the software.
Once installed, open PDFBinder. If you do not see a shortcut on your desktop, check your start menu.
Click Add File at the top of the screen, then choose your first PDF. Keep clicking Add File and adding PDFs until you see all of the required PDFs in the list below the Add File button.
You can reorder or delete PDFs in the list by selecting a PDF, then using the arrow keys or delete key located next to the Add File button.
When you are happy with the order in which your PDFs appear, click Bind! Give your PDF a name and save it to your computer. Within a couple of seconds, the new PDF will appear on your screen.
PDFBinder is a must-have software download if you have as many PDFs as we do. It is by far the quickest way we have found to combine PDFs into one file. We especially like the speed at which the files are combined—we barely waited 30 seconds for our 200+ page combined file.
