I split my 2 GB .pst files into smaller sized files and they are independently usable with Outlook. It has also helped me overcome corruption issues taking place on account of .pst files being larger than 2 GB. Moreover, from that time, I can see a great difference in outlook’s performance.

Cosa posso fare? Grazie a tutti, Carla.

Forget about using a third party program, just copy the PST file from the Outlook directory manually. It's located at Docs and Settings, User Name, Local Settings (show hidden files), Application, Microsoft, Outlook.

If you use a service like Mozy backup, just set it to automatically backup that file.

Does this backup all of my Outlook data? I know it will backup my Outlook email, but what about my Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts? Is everything saved in the PST file?

This program is not free.
It is a limited evaluation version of copyrighted software and will expire after 15 days. To remove all limitations you are welcome to register at any time and immediately experience the full power and effectiveness Amic Email Backup has to offer. We hope you enjoy your evaluation!
