I thought it was a problem with permissions or something in windows 7 and kept messing with folder permissions until it suddenly hit me. I started digging in downthemall's options until I found the culprit, and changed it to an existing directory. It DOES NOT transfer addon application data, so it will not backup your gresemonkey scripts or foxyproxy filters. But other than that, it's a great piece of software.
