Backup is an important process and I guess everybody will totally agree with that. Backup offers protection for files and folders in case any disaster happens, for example, a hard drive failure or data corruption. The problem with backup is that sometimes we are too busy with our work and tend to forget to backup our digital data every once in a while, which can lead to some serious consequences. Filters – to avoid the hassle of selecting a particular type of file to be backed up, use the “Edit Filters” function. For example, you can instruct Karen’s Replicator to copy only .doc files from folder A to folder B.
Use the filter above as an exclude filter – for example; set a filter to backup all files from folder A to folder B, except for .doc files.
Global file exclusions – files that have extensions mentioned in this list will never be backed-up. Useful to ignore temporary Windows file for full disk backup.

Tags – use this function to create automatic folder names for multiple backup destinations. Useful to backup folder contents for each month of the year in specific folders.
“Save Shortcuts to Jobs” – create a backup job shortcut on your desktop so you can do a manual backup by double clicking the shortcut anytime you feel backup is necessary.
