Looking for a quick and easy way to watch live TV and movies on your PC or laptop? There are a lot of free services out there that allow you to watch TV on your computer, two of which I have already written about: Joost, a free desktop application with thousands of channels and WWITV, a simple site that lets you watch local news, sports, and business channels.
Another site you can now hit up that has a nicer interface than WWITV and doesn’t require a separate desktop application like Joost, is ChannelChooser, which currently has a whopping 3127 channels from hundreds of countries.
You can quickly find the TV channel you want to watch by filtering by country, by topic, or by video type. For example, you can start browsing channels by News, Information, Entertainment, Movies, Reality, Shopping, Music, Sports, Games, etc or by video type such as Television, World TV, Videos, Adult, Mobile, and Games.
If you click on Videos, for example, you can watch videos from YouTube, iFilm, AtomFilms, DailyMotion, Google Video, LiveVideo, Blip TV, etc.
The cool thing is that it breaks down videos by Recently Added, Top Favorites, Top Rated, Most Viewed Today, etc, so you can quickly watch the best videos from all of your favorite online video sites.
The quality of the shows are actually quite good and the video content starts streaming almost immediately.

Nice article. While I’ve been using this before, my usual choice is Streamick.com , has more channels, it’s faster and works on a Mac
good posts, but i mostly go to goodgofamily.com which has many different channel from different countries, very comprehensive, and it is free.

I had been used to watch TV with satellite dish like many people ,as you know, I should pay $90.00 every month, It’s expensive but have to pay. Last week, my friend recommend me a software —SatelliteDirect™ ,which can watch TV on PC. Most importantly, it is much more cheaper and useful, I only need to pay $49.95 for one-time fee and can watch over 3,500 TV channels worldwide including movies, sports, comedy, news, music channels, documentaries and much more. All I need is a PC or laptop with an internet connection. I’m a newbie, so I worried it will be very cumbersome. Afterwards, I follow the steps they gave and finally find it is really as easy as 1,2,3.

The only problem I am starting to find with watching streaming online is the huge amount of bandwidth it uses. I am on mobile broadband on pay-as-you-go and i can easily go through a #25 voucher in 3 to 4 days if I watch a lot of tv/movies online. need to find an unlimited provider I think.
