Voice your opinions and ideas to Dell!

Dell is apparently trying to figure out what it’s customers want by asking them! FINALLY! This is probably the best way for any company to keep their products current with what customers want. Doing puny market research surveys of 1000 people isn’t going to give you as much information as hundreds of thousands of people telling you exactly what they want.
You can go here (it’s called IdeaStorm) and vote on current ideas or post your own idea. It’s kinda like Digg, if other people like your idea, then it’ll be ranked higher in the list. As you can see from the list, there are a lot of Linux people out there and Dell is apparently listening to them because they are now selling Linux desktops!

So go and voice your opinion, it might just make a difference!

Thanks, AK, for helping us spread the word on IdeaStorm. We’re finding it to be a powerful Web 2.0 implementation and a great way to augment the voice of our customers.
