I think uTodo is now just Todo and one of the more well known task managers. We looked at it when we were choosing Dooster. It’s true as you say that everybody has their own way of organising themselves and nowadays these task managers are essential. We like Dooster at the moment.

Another good task manager is Remember the Milk! I like that a lot since it has a ton of features and there are also iPhone and Anroid apps so you can easily synce tasks to your mobile device.
