Schedule a tweet in the future using Twuffer

If you’re a big Twitter user, then there have probably been times when you wished you could send a particular Tweet a little bit in the future. Maybe something is time sensitive and instead of sending the Tweet now, you want to send it one hour from now.
Or maybe you have a monthly/weekly/daily announcement that you would like to tweet automatically to all of your followers. Another reason could be that you will not be near a computer over the next several days, but you do not want to break your regular tweet schedule/pattern.
Twuffer is the answer to all of the above situations! It allows you to create a list of future tweets and schedule their release in the future.
To get started, enter your Twitter username and password and log into the site. Once you are logged in, you will see a box at the top to type your tweet, a drop down where you can choose the date and time you want the tweet to be published and several tabs at the bottom for settings, etc.
Firstly, enter your Time Zone, date format, and time format correctly otherwise your tweets will not release at the desired time. Once you have done that, type a tweet into the box and click on Today. A small calendar will pop up that you can use to choose the future date.
Choose a time and then click Set Status! You’ll now see a list of queued tweets that have not yet been sent.
You can also click on the Dashboard to get a quick overview of your usage of the service, i.e. total tweets entered, number of tweets queued, and number of tweets sent.
Overall, it’s a pretty cool service for hardcore Twitter users or for businesses that use Twitter to send updates about new products, services, etc. Also great for any Twitter user that sends regular updates that can be written beforehand. Enjoy!
