ReachBy - Personalized online web contact page with spam protection

Would you like to have a personalized web contact page whereby people could get in touch with you through the Internet, but could not spam you? There’s a cool free service you can use that allows you to host your own personalized contact page for free with a built-in form that forwards messages to your registered email address. protecting it from spam.
You can use ReachBy.com instead of giving out your personal email address out to the world on blogs, forums, online classifieds, and other websites by simply redirecting them to your personal ReachBy page accessible via a web link, i.e. http://yourname.reachby.com. The personalized contact page may also include a short greeting, a picture, links, and other details that you might want to share with people.
You can think of ReachBy as your own personal online business card or personal contact center. Instead of having contact information on your blog, on your company employee profile page, on an online auction page, etc, you can keep it all in once place and only have to update it one time if it ever changes.
Also, everyone knows that once you put your email address on the web, it’s bound to get spammed. And the spammers are getting smarter everyday! They can even detect email address using robots that are written like MyName [at] gmail [dot] com. It’s best to not have your email address posted online at all, no matter which form your put it in!
Also, ReachBy allows you to put in place several spam protection features, such as a captcha, which is a human readable image, and forcing users to confirm their email addresses if they want to send a message. On top of that, you are given the option to ask a challenge question, which is something simple with an obvious answer, like “Is fire hot or cold?”.
Here’s a sample contact page that you could create using ReachBy:
After you setup a ReachBy page, make sure to add reachby.com to your spam filter so that it is not blocked. You can also disable the contact page and re-enable it at any time. You can also quickly change the email address that you want the messages forwarded to.
Overall, it’s a great way to create a central contact page online that will allow people to contact you quickly online. The cool thing is that you can use widgets from other web sites, such as Jaxtr, that will allow people to call you directly if you want! Enjoy!
