Quickly find the best jobs online that match your resume using Trovix

Hate having to fill out all of those forms when trying to find a job online? And for each site you list your resume, you have to fill out the same biographic info, the same educational experience, the same skill sets, etc? Having to find a new job can be a royal pain and take out a lot of time if you’re doing it the normal way.
That’s why all of you job seekers might be interested in a very cool web service that just launched a month ago called Trovix that fundamentally changes the way people search for jobs. Instead of filling out lots of forms, Trovix simply takes the information in a job description as well as the person’s resume and uses that information to rank positions based on how well they match.
To get started, you simply need to enter your desired title, some keywords for your job, upload your resume, and fill out a basic account signup form. And that’s it! After that, Trovix will use it’s advanced technology and search algorithms to pick out keywords from your resume, such as education, amount of experience, skill sets, location proximity, etc and use those to find jobs that actually fit YOUR resume. It’s also a great tool for employers who are looking to narrow down candidates in more sophisticated ways.
I tried it out myself and found the search to return results that were much closer to my level of experience and skill set than performing a search on say, CareerBuilder. For one thing, it figured out how many years of experience I had and then found ONLY jobs looking for something in that range! That’s great because a lot of times I search and it says 5 to 7 years of experience when I only have 4. With Trovix, I got all 2 to 5 years of experience job listings!
Also, there are many ways to refine your search, such as by job type (Contract, full-time, etc), Role (manager, director, etc), education (high school, bachelor, etc), and category (IT, business, administrative, etc).
The other cool thing is that Trovix assigns a compatibility score to each job so that you can quickly browse through the ones that actually match your skills. Another nice feature is the fact that your name remains hidden (your resume is obviously visible to employers) until you release it to a prospective employer.
Overall, it’s a refreshing new way to find jobs if you’re too lazy to type in information on tons of forms! And it’s definitely a SMARTER way to find relevant jobs! Enjoy!
