How to track a UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL package from one site

I love tracking packages online! It’s simply something that computer geeks like to do for some reason! With the holiday season in full gear, there are lots of packages I’m sending and lots that I am receiving. However, sometimes I will ship via UPS and other times FexEx and a package I am receiving can be from any carrier. It’s annoying to have to go to each carrier’s web site to get tracking info and that’s why I searched around for a solution!
TrackThePack is a very cool web service that allows you to track packages from all of the major carriers for free! And it’s painfully simple! Unlike UPS, FexEx, etc where you have to check off button stating that you agree to their terms, etc, etc, on TrackThePack, you simply paste in the tracking number, type in some notes, and click the button!
You’ll instantly get back information about your package including estimated delivery date, the current status (out for delivery, delivered, etc), the final destination, and the current location with history for the package.
If you put in another tracking number, it will be appended to the bottom of the list. This means you can track multiple packages on the same page from multiple carriers. You can simply refresh the page and all of the tracking information will be updated for the entire list.
The cool thing about TrackThePack is that if you create an account, you can type in all of your tracking numbers and then save the page so that you can come back later and get the updated status without having to re-type any tracking numbers. You can also check it from another computer if you create an account.
There are other services out there that let you track packages from multiple sites also with other features, such as Google Maps to show package locations, etc. However, I like TrackThePack because it’s simply fast and gets me the tracking information I need for my packages without any fluff! And it’s free!
Overall, TrackThePack is great because you can paste in any tracking number and it will determine which carrier it is from. It also gives great detail for each package so you don’t have to go to the carrier site for any more info.
Definitely worth keeping in your Favorites or Bookmarks if you get or send a lot of packages! Enjoy! Souce AppScout

…or just put the tracking number into Google. Doh.
Or this one that shows a map of where the package is:

I agree with the concept to have a place to look at a glance at all the tracking info but Sean is right- Google!
