You can make any folder Public by right-clicking on it and choosing Make Public. Once you do that, you can configure the folder access level from the My Profile page to either Publisher (full rights), Contributor (can make changes to the Public Folder like adding links), or Subscriber (can see all links but cannot make changes). This is a cool way to get a couple of friends to make one public folder and add links to it to create a repository.
Definitely a cool web app with more features than Google Bookmarks currently has. Once synced, you can access your bookmarks by logging into the site from any computer. Try it out!
