I actually use a service from Nexodyne. The graphics with the email images make them look a little more attractive as well!

Keith, there are a couple of more tools like this out there, but this one is really easy to use to protect email addresses against spam.

Looks like a nice tool. I have been a victim of spam because I openly display my email will try to use this to create images.
