I've tried both of those companies. In my opinion Conferencetown is much easier to use, more straightforward, has a better moderator dashboard and has superior call quality. We just ran a 580 participant conference through conferencetown, and it was excellent. Oh...yeah, and best of all, its free!

Thanks

[...] The web is littered with free conference call, free web conferencing, and free video conferencing software that 90% of the time is not actually free! Trying to find one that actually works and that is actually free can be tough! I had written about a product called Foonz, a free service to make group conference calls. [...]

I've tried so many supposed "free conference call" companies that it's not even funny. I finally found one that is actually free, has clear lines, no limits, free recordings, and a free moderator panel. It's conferencetown.com. In my opinion, it's better than any other conference call company out there. http://www.conferencetown.com

Also check out Rondee https://www.rondee.com
which offers free conference calling and a very easy, intuitive way of scheduling the call in the first place
