Get the current local weather conditions for your city using SimpleWeather

Ahh the weather! How many times a day do you check your local weather forecast online or via the local news? Personally, I find myself visiting Weather.com about two to three times a day, usually in the morning and at night. I also have a sidebar widget that tells me the local temperature for my area code.

Pretty nice, but if I have to see the hour-by-hour forecast or the five-day forecast, I have to go to Weather.com, type in my area code (every time) and then click on the different tabs. Now that’s not too bad, but it’s still a lot of clicking and Weather.com web site is also kind of jammed packed with a bunch of other things.

SimpleWeather is a nifty little web site that you can use to get your local weather report without all of the bells and whistles of other weather-related web sites that bombard you with maps, allergy reports, travel forecasts, and other funky stuff. It’s plain and simple: get the basic weather forecast and that’s it.

Just plug-in your zip code and you’re done! You’ll get a nice little report like the one shown below for your city:

Oh, it’s just so much prettier! That’s it! You have the current temperature, the high and low for the day, the basics such as precipitation change, humidity, dew point, visibility, wind, the hour-by-hour forecast, and the five day week forecast with highs and lows and chance of rain! Sweet! That’s all I really need to know!

You can also check out their article on how you can add SimpleWeather to your desktop. Also, I’m pretty sure this site will work on a mobile device such as an iPhone, etc, so you can get your weather reports quickly while on the go. Check it out!

Well, I live my life on my web browser so I keep most of the plug-ins which tells me all about date, time (even though you can see that in system tray :P ), weather, todo, reminders etc and almost everything you can think of :)
