  • Send meeting invitations by email . اجتماع ارسال الدعوات عن طريق البريد الالكتروني. The host also needs accept / decline a participant before he or she is allowed to enter the meeting room. المضيف يحتاج أيضا إلى قبول / الانخفاض قبل احد المشاركين له يسمح لهم بالدخول الى قاعة الاجتماع.

My only complaint about Adobe ConnectNow free online meeting tool is that it only allows three meeting participants at one time; including the meeting host. شكوى عن بلدي فقط ادوبي connectnow الاجتماع اداة مجانيه على الانترنت هو انه لا يسمح الثلاثة المشاركون في الاجتماع في وقت واحد ؛ المضيفه بما في ذلك الاجتماع. Therefore, it is most suitable for hosting a small group discussion among friends and co-workers. ولذلك ، فمن الانسب لاستضافة مجموعة صغيرة النقاش بين الاصدقاء وزملاء العمل.
