I have figured out who owns the domain, but now I need to figure out the who is hosting the domain. How can I find that info?

megathanks for this blogpost! I remember when I had no domain! it was so awfull but because i had no bank account I wasn’t able buy my own webdomain So I used a site were I could get one for free.

Hi, Have you tried the alexa.com site, that should give you most details. Simple enter in the web address under the ’site info’ tab.

we have a good idea who the company(s) are/is. I just need to know the name of the name of the person who registered the site. I am finding a ton of articles on sites that can pierce the private registration but none of the articles actually give the name of the sites that do this for a fee. Can anyone refer to me a site(s) that do this work?

attacked, even if you find out which companies get information about privately registered domains, it probably won’t help you with the attacks. You need to find out if it’s a rival company, etc and see if you can take action directly.

I have a similar problem. Personally attacked and my company as well. I have heard that there are websites that will extract the whois info from private domain registrations for a fee. Does anyone here know the names of any sites that do this?

dear shanon, i wish i came accross this site a month ago.
the same thing is happening to me only i was stalked n the pics were secretly taken.
either way, noone is helping me n this person is getting away sadistly with his harrassment of me.
please reply back, please lets change laws together.
a former member of the fbi has stated that the internet should not have all the privacy it does in certain cases.
i hope someone has helped you,

laws must change, too many people r getting away with crimes

I’m trying to find the contact information for a site that is displaying pictures of myself without permission. They have no contact info listed at all. I went on who is.com and found the information is locked aka private. How am I supposed to find contact information and contact them for removal if none is given?? The other site that is doing the same thing gives false email address’s and phone numbers so I cannot contact them either. Any help would be much appreciated.

I looked for hosting company for a website that I have done business with but am now unable to contact. The response was “We’re currently not available to provide the result for this query. We apologize for the incovenience.”
