No fad diets work as well as the creators promise. The only thing you need to do to lose weight is to increase the gap between how many calories you burn (exercising) and how many you take in (eating). Bump up the amount of exercise you do and reduce the amount of food and drink you take in, but do it gradually and don¡¯t yo-yo, nuff said.
