But that’s just the beginning! ولكن هذا مجرد بداية! Under the Listings tab, you can find local listings from multiple sources including MLS, Craigslist, and Google. تحت قوائم تبويبه ، يمكنك العثور على القوائم المحلية من مصادر متعددة بما mls ، craigslist ، وgoogle.

The Market tab gives you info on the Housing Market and Recent Sales. السوق تبويبه يمنحك معلومات عن سوق الاسكان والمبيعات الاخيرة. Of couse, the Education tab will allow you to quickly find information on schools and even tutoring services. من couse ، التعليم تبويبه تسمح لك العثور بسرعة على معلومات عن المدارس وحتى خدمات الاشراف.

The Financing tab is very useful for determining Home Equity, How much you can afford for a new home, calculating your mortgage payment, find local mortgage rates, and determining the value of your home based off Zillow.com estimates. تمويل تبويبه هي مفيدة جدا لتحديد البيت الانصاف ، ومقدار ما تستطيع لمنزل جديد ، وحساب الرهن الدفع الخاصة بك ، تجد المحلية معدلات الرهن العقارى ، وتحديد قيمة بيتك القائم من zillow.com التقديرات.

Simply click on any of the items on the right side and it will pop up in the map! يكفي ان تنقر على اي بند من البنود على الجانب الايمن وانها سوف تصل البوب في الخريطه! Very neat way to find all kinds of local information. طريقة بارعه جدا لايجاد جميع انواع من المعلومات المحلية.

TeraBitz is definitely the best real estate site I have come across and I’m very impressed with it’s integration of local data which truly gives you enough information to make an informed decision.
