I tried ZamZar and while the file was apparently converted, I am still unable to edit the document. A waste of time.

Hmmmm…I wonder if they keep a copy of the file since it’s being uploaded to them. I’d recommend against sending anything with any type of PII or sensitive/private information.

Just do it yourself in Office.

tried to convert pdf to png. the process was fast but the conversion is not at all usable and is incomplete (as far as the document and images are concerned).

maybe my document was too complex?
