Hmmmm…I wonder if they keep a copy of the file since it’s being uploaded to them. I’d recommend against sending anything with any type of PII or sensitive/private information.

Just do it yourself in Office.

tried to convert pdf to png. the process was fast but the conversion is not at all usable and is incomplete (as far as the document and images are concerned).

maybe my document was too complex?

Still Waiting…yes Zamzar does take a while to convert stuff because they have so many users…it took about an hour to get one of my files! So you might have to wait a bit longer, but it does eventually come!
