Embed Flickr photos on your website or blog

I’ve noticed many bloggers and website owners recently that have some kind of rotating photos section to add a little bit of life to their sites. I personally think it’s good, especially for sites that are mostly text.
So if you want to embed dynamically updating (random) photos into your website, blog, or even into a blog post, then you may as well pull them from Flickr, which probably has the largest collection of high quality and professional looking photos.
Instead of installing a plugin on your blogging platform or having to find code to add to your website, you can use Flickrin to create your photo set and simply copy the embed code anywhere on your site.
The thing I like about Flickrin is that you can generate a list of photos either by typing in tags separated by commas or by entering in a username. So if you want to show random pictures from your Flickr account, just enter your username. Then you can choose how many rows you want for your Flickr box. Be default, each row will have 5 pics.
One thing to note that really was confusing me is that when you type in tags, do NOT put a space after the comma! For some reason it does not work if you put a space after the comma, which is really weird, but it does it.
After that, you will see a preview of how the photo box will look. Note that you can hover over any picture and it will give you the title at the bottom along with the direct link to the picture on Flickr.
Finally, if you are happy with it, then just copy the embed codes that are listed on the right, either HTML or Javascript code. For a Wordpress blog, etc, either one would work fine.
So here’s a simple and elegant way to embed or insert Flickr photos into your website or blog! Enjoy!
