Dogster – A social site for your dogs

You’ve probably heard about this very popular social networking on the net- The Friendster (www.friendster.com). (I myself am a member for years now) This is a site that connects millions of people from all around the world, letting people develop friendship and trust with someone miles away. Others might be more familiar with myspace (www.myspace.com), they offer the same features and they compete for a wider range of audience and membership.

But who said only humans can be a part of a social network? Here’s a site that lets you and your dog be a part or member of a dog-loving online community, it’s Dogster.com (www.dogster.com). This may sound funny but this is so cool. Western people are known for their soft heart for pets, so this site would let them be more proud of their best buds. Interested? Here’s how you can join a site which will definitely take you out from boredom.

Just open the dogster.com site to get started, when you are on the home page click on Join Now to go to the registration or sign-up page.

Just give out all the information needed and click on the Submit Now button when you’re done. When the registration is completed, you will receive a mail asking you to confirm your e-mail address and once confirmed you can get started. Just go back to the home page and log in.

With this site, you can create a profile for your beloved dog. Also if you would like to get familiarized with all the other hundreds of breeds of these canines, click on the breed name you would like to know more about on the View by Breed drop down and you can have all the information you wanted. You too can have an idea how that certain breed looks like.

Black mouth Cur is one of the most playful and friendliest dog breeds. Thanks to this site, I learned lot of things on how to pamper my beloved dog.

wow, i didn’t know there was a social site for dogs not until i saw this site. The dogs here are so cool and cute. I learned a lot about different types of dog breeds. anyway my beloved macintosh (pug) is now a new member!

I just saw this site the other day and thought it was too cute and really neat a the dog lover. If I remember correctly, there is also a cat site for any cat lovers out there. Ok, yes there is, catster.com.
