My employee put a password on outlook. Now that she is gone how do we access outlook for her replacement and is there a way as an employer to stop them from putting passwords?

I thought I’d seen a tool somewhere that pops up a keypad instead so that users just use the mouse to click the randomised keypad instead of the keyboard and the puter then inputs into the field.

Nothing against the Service they supply, but:
