Customizing your dashboard can be done by adding, deleting, or just moving the widgets around. What I don’t like about free tools and why I don’t always trust them is the security reasons. How can a free service guarantee that my data will be safe? I doubt that it’s possible. There’re plenty of services that are really cheap, but still they can provide me with better security. We’re currently using Wrike, they’ve never had any major site-meltdowns. I trust these guys.
