Create online surveys and view popular opinions using BuzzDash

Online polls and online surveys usually suffer from heavy bias, unscientific methods, or simply useless questions. Most polling sites out there today are simply not that interesting and do not provide very much value.

BuzzDash is a social polling site that track trends and opinions in a professional and focused manner. Even though there are many social aspects, such as sharing polls and commenting on polls, the polls are not skewed by contests like who can make the most friends and therefore have their poll show up higher (i.e Digg), etc, etc.

The first thing you’ll notice about BuzzDash is the high quality of the polls. The polls are actually interesting, very up-to-date with the latest news, and really educational. For example, here are a few of the polls that are currently on the site:

Will Oprah’s endorsement help Obama?

Omaha mall reopens after shooting. Would you shop there right away?

Users can comment on the polls to share their views on the topic, which also makes the polls more interesting. You can easily share these polls with others or even add it to your blog or web site.

With BuzzDash, you can do the following:

  • View real-time popular opinion on a wide range of topics
  • Express opinions by voting or commenting on individual issues or “Buzzbites”
  • Post individual buzzbites to personal web sites, blogs or in emails
  • Create buzzbites for personal use, for addition to BuzzDash, or to both.

BuzzDash is broken down into five main categories (Entertainment, Sports, News & Politics, Business & Finance, and other), with smaller categories under each heading (Movies, Music, Football, Word Issues, Stocks, Real Estate, Technology, etc).

The cool thing about BuzzDash is that polls are very granular and you can quickly find the topics that you are interested in. For example, if you’re interested in Celebrities, head over to Entertainment and the celebrities. You’ll find interesting stuff like “Should paparazzi lay off celebs who are clearly unwell?” and “Men: If you had to marry one of these celebs, you’d choose:”, etc.

If you want to create your own Buzzbite poll, create an account and setup your poll using the online tools. You can configure many aspects of the poll including the colors, etc. Send it to your friends and see how they vote! Enjoy!
