This is really great! I was spammed to death on my last website when I stupidly put my email address on all the pages. I’ve learned my lesson! I really like this contact form.

Zoho creator does a better job. You don’t need a address like http://www.contactify.com/XXX. Instead you just insert code on any page you want like http://www.yourdomain.com/contact or in any blog post.
