Let me try to help you cut that power bill that might be bloated by inefficient power usage from your computers. I am a heavy computer user at home. I have two desktops and two laptops. With a total of four computers at home, they have the biggest share of consumption on my electric bill. If you have a desktop PC then the plugged in panel is where you should set the turn off timers. Think of it as a screen saver but instead of showing screen displays it turns off your monitor. This is ideal to use for monitors that need a lot of power to run like old cathode ray tube monitors and DLP projectors.
