when i play srt files in gom player using my laptop (windows xp) the subtitles can be viewd but i cant view the srt files in gom player on my desktop(windows 7)….the files are the same but when it comes to windows7…it cant be viewed…y is that so? is there any way to solve this?

i tried as ben has said but my gom can’t play it, it simply shows another subtitle of another movie.

may i ask if some parts of the movie are in italian like the godfather, what to do if there’re 2 .srt files to rename?

how do you get subtitles on a dvd to play… i’ve tried opening the menu on dvd and there is no way to point n click preferred language on dvd
