In this tutorial, we will help you enhance these little memories using Photoshop. Open your desired digital photo in Adobe Photoshop. افتح المرجوة الصور الرقميه في أدوبي ادوبي فوتوشوب. Create a duplicate layer. خلق طبقة مزدوجة. First we need to identify the white and black points of your photo. أولا نحن بحاجة الى تحديد النقاط البيضاء والسوداء من الصورة.

In the layers palette, في طبقات اللوحه ،

Click on the Adjustment Layer icon. انقر على ايقونه طبقة التعديل. Choose THRESHOLD. اختيار العتبة.

A graph window will appear. رسم بياني ستظهر نافذة. Adjust the pointer to the leftmost side of the graph window until the window becomes totally blank. تعديل المؤشر الى اقصى اليسار الجانب من الرسم البياني نافذة حتى تصبح نافذة فارغه تماما.

Slightly adjust the pointer going to the right until a part of the picture becomes visible. تعديل طفيف المؤشر الذهاب الى الحق حتى جزء من الصورة تصبح واضحة للعيان. If you can notice, the first part that will become visible is the blackest part of the image. اذا كنت تستطيع اشعار ، الجزء الأول ان تصبح مرئية هي الاكثر سوادا جزء من الصورة. Hold down the shift key and then click on one of the black parts. ابق ضاغطا على مفتاح التحول وثم انقر على واحد من اجزاء الاسود. This will set your blackest point of your image. هذا وسوف قم النقطه الاكثر سوادا من الصورة.

Again, adjust the pointer to the rightmost side of the graph window until the image becomes totally black. مرة اخرى ، ان يعدل المؤشر الى اقصى اليمين الجانب من الرسم البياني نافذة حتى تصبح الصورة سوداء تماما.

Adjust the pointer slightly going to the left until a white part of the image becomes visible. تعديل طفيف المؤشر الذهاب الى اليسار حتى بيضاء جزء من الصورة تصبح واضحة للعيان. Hold again the shift key and then click on one of the white parts of the image to set your white point. يعقد مرة اخرى والتحول الرئيسية ، ثم اضغط على واحدة من البيض اجزاء من الصورة الخاصة بك لتحديد النقطه البيضاء.

After setting your black and white points, click the cancel button on the graph window. الخاص بك بعد تحديد النقاط السود والبيض ، انقر على زر إلغاء الرسم البياني النافذة.

Click on the Layers mode dropdown then choose Difference. انقر على طبقات ثم اختر طريقة منسدله الفرق.

In the Adjustment Layer Icon, choose threshold again. تعديل في طبقة ايقونه ، اختر عتبة مرة اخرى. The graph window will be shown. الرسم البياني وسيتم عرض نافذة. Move the slider to the leftmost side and slightly move to the right. حرك شريط التمرير الى اقصى اليسار قليلا الجانب والانتقال الى الحق. Darkest parts of the image will be your gray point. احلك اجزاء من الصورة وسوف تكون نقطة رمادي الخاص بك. Hold the shift key then click on any of the darkest parts. عقد التحول الرئيسية ، ثم اضغط على اي من اجزاء أظلم. Click on the cancel button. انقر على زر إلغاء. Your gray point is now set. رمادي الخاص بك نقطة محددة الآن. After setting your gray point, you can now delete the new layer that you have just created. بعد تحديد نقطة رمادي الخاص بك ، يمكنك الآن حذف طبقة جديدة من ان لديك الذي انشأته.

Click on the black point eyedropper tool. انقر على النقطه السوداء اداة eyedropper. Since this is the 1 ^st point, match the cross with the part marked as 1 in the image. وبما ان هذه هي النقطه 1 ^شارع ، المباراة مع الصليب علامة الجزء 1 في الصورة. Do the same thing with point 2 and point 3. تفعل نفس الشيء مع و2 نقطة 3 نقطة. Then click ok. ثم انقر فوق موافق.

For comparison, these are the images before and after correcting the color of the image. وللمقارنة ، وهذه هى الصور قبل وبعد تصحيح الوان الصورة.

The mid-tone was improved and now we can see the reddish Bougainvillea in the middle. Because of the poor quality of the original picture (it was taken from a phone camera) we can’t do much more about the definition but a lot more can still be done to enhance the picture’s color. In the next posts we will look at how to mask some parts of the picture so as not to affect the entire thing when applying changes. Also, a better way might be to enhance the picture using an automated script or software before applying the steps above.
