Hoe te om Powerpoint in video DVD, Flits en PDF om te zetten

Ik ben gevraagd hoe te om een Powerpoint in DVD, Flits, en PDF om te zetten zo vaak door mijn medewerkers dat ik definitief een leerprogramma op ga enkel schrijven hoe te om het te doen! De presentaties van het Powerpoint zijn groot, maar zij zijn veel meer nuttig soms wanneer u Powerpoint helemaal niet moet gebruiken!
Het omzetten van een presentatie van het Powerpoint in DVD is groot omdat het veel gemakkelijker is om aan anderen te verdelen. Ook is het playable op om het even welke speler DVD in de wereld, of het laptop, Desktop, stand-alone speler DVD is. Het omzetten van Powerpoint in PDF is goed voor zij die de presentatiedia's willen verzenden elektronisch, maar geen mensen de dia's willen kunnen uitgeven of wijzigen. Tot slot het omzetten van Powerpoint in Flits is nuttig voor zij die de presentatie op een website willen inbedden.
Het omzetten van een presentatie van het Powerpoint in video is ook aardig omdat u die video's aan YouTube of MySpace kunt dan uploaden voor het delen. Convert Powerpoint to Flash
If the conversion steps for DVD seemed a bit much, you’ll be happy about converting to Flash. Most of the time people convert to Flash so that they can embed their presentations into a web page. Luckily, there are already many sites that convert Powerpoint presentations to Flash and even give you the embed code, so you don’t have to host the presentation off your servers.
You can check out Slideshare, SplashCast, AuthorStream, Scribd, Zoho Show, and SlideAware for getting flash versions of your Powerpoint presentation. Digital Inspiration wrote up a post with all of the Powerpoint media players from each of the above sites. See which one you like the best and then use it to create your own Powerpoint media player. You can then embed it into your blog or web site.
If you want to convert the Powerpoint presentation to Flash and have it saved on your local computer, you need to use a desktop application instead of the web sites above.

Convert Powerpoint to PDF
The only way I could figure out to convert a Powerpoint presentation into PDF for free was to use CutePDF Writer software and print out all of the slides. CutePDF Writer allows you to create PDFs for anything that you can print.
You’ll notice two links on the left side, one for free download and one for free converter, you need to download both and install them. Now go to PowerPoint, open your presentation, choose Print, and choose CutePDF Writer from the drop down menu.

if Anyone is interested in converting the AVI file from camtasia to another format, I recommend ConvertHQ Premium. There are many others around, but I found this one particularly easy and versatile (it does almost every format to-and-from), like a swiss army knife of video conversion.

Nice topic. There are lots of automated software available for ppt to flash conversion. I recommend “PowerFlashPoint” for better conversion results.
