Shared OS accounts are common in a family PC. With many users sharing the same account it is easy to be daunted by other user’s browser setting. Firefox, with its full capability to support add ons and extensions, could easily get cluttered but disabling and uninstalling them is sometimes not an option. Since this is a new profile, you will still need to set the appropriate proxy settings if needed. It will not inherit from your default profile. The passwords saved from your other profile will not be shared too.
