Shared OS accounts are common in a family PC. With many users sharing the same account it is easy to be daunted by other user’s browser setting. Firefox, with its full capability to support add ons and extensions, could easily get cluttered but disabling and uninstalling them is sometimes not an option. Also, if you want to want to have your own bookmarks and toolbars untouched it is important for you to have your own Firefox profiles. OS partagée comptes sont communs au sein d'une famille PC. Avec de nombreux utilisateurs partagent le même compte, il est facile d'être intimidés par d'autres utilisateurs du navigateur. Firefox, avec sa pleine capacité de soutenir add ons et les extensions, pourrait facilement obtenir encombré, mais la désactivation et la désinstallation est parfois pas une option. Aussi, si vous voulez voulez avoir votre propre signets et les barres d'outils intacte, il est important pour vous d'avoir vos propres profils de Firefox.
First you will need to close all of your running Firefox browsers. You might want to copy this tutorial into MS Word or any document editor of your choice so you could see the steps after you close the browser: Tout d'abord, vous devrez fermer tous vos navigateurs utilisez Firefox. At your Run prompt, type in firefox.exe –ProfileManager click OK to run this command: A votre Exécuter, tapez dans firefox.exe-ProfileManager cliquez sur OK pour lancer cette commande:
You should see the profile editor screen like the one below: Vous devriez voir l'éditeur de profil écran comme celui ci-dessous:
Click on Create Profile to start creating a new profile, you will see the Create Profile Wizard : Cliquez sur Créer un profil de commencer à créer un nouveau profil, vous verrez l'Assistant Création d'un profil:
After clicking Next, you will need to enter the name of this new profile: Après avoir cliqué sur Suivant, vous devrez entrer le nom de ce nouveau profil:
Clicking Finish will create the new profile. you should see it appear on the list of profiles: Si vous cliquez sur Terminer créera le nouveau profil. Vous devriez voir apparaître sur la liste des profils:
When you click Start Firefox, you should see a fresh Firefox screen with no bookmarks or add-ons added to it: Lorsque vous cliquez sur Démarrer Firefox, vous devriez voir un nouvel écran Firefox sans signets ou des add-ons ajoutée à celle-ci:
Since this is a new profile, you will still need to set the appropriate proxy settings if needed. It will not inherit from your default profile. The passwords saved from your other profile will not be shared too. This is a good way to keep things neat if you are sharing a single Windows account. Comme il s'agit d'un nouveau profil, vous devez quand même de mettre les paramètres du proxy si nécessaire. Il ne sera pas hériter de votre profil par défaut. Les mots de passe sauvegardés de votre profil d'autres ne seront pas partagés. C'est une bonne façon de garder les choses soignée si vous voulez partager un seul compte Windows.
