It uses Amazon.com, Amazon.de, discogs, or freedb to get info and album art. I haven't tried this Picard app yet, and normally I tag my albums shortly after ripping or downloading them. MP3Tag is simple and not with extra fluff as other programs normally have, and does everything you need it to do, including easy renaming of files.
