This will be my third edition of collecting useful technology tips and tricks from around the blogosphere. There are so many cool gadgets, websites and programs that I fail to write about everyday, but I would want my readers to know about anything new and helpful.
So here we go from the tech blogs that I like to read and keep up with:
- LifeRocks gives us some tips on how to avoid sending emails by accident or by mistake in Outlook
- Technology Bites updates us with the fact that Gmail now has emoticons that you can use while chatting in Gmail (not GTalk).
- The Brown Baron gives us a really cool application that you can use in Windows Vista to add labels to movies stored on your hard drive
- Techie Buzz tells us about a couple of new features in Google Reader: Recommendations and Drag and Drop
- Shankar Ganesh has a list of links that he finds very useful with a really good list of tips and tricks
- TechLivez tells us about a cool new mobile app from Google called My Location, which simulates GPS tracking on mobile phones
- ReviewSaurus tells us to ditch Windows Desktop search for Copernic, a super-fast desktop search program
- Shivaranjan tells us how we can get Vista style drive icons for our Windows XP drives
- Shankri-la notifies us that we can download SnagIt and Camstasia software for free
- Sizlopedia makes us happy by telling us that Google might be releasing some kind of online storage solution soon called GDrive
- Digital Inspiration teaches us how to secretly record cell phone calls and landline telephone calls
Hope you enjoyed the great list of tips! As always, make sure to check out everyone’s blog above and subscribe to their RSS feed if you like the content! Enjoy!
